We are not a financial advisor, broker, or tax consultant. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile; never invest more than you can afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
The AI Market Assistant provides automated responses based on available market data. While we strive for accuracy, AI models may produce "hallucinations" or incorrect information. Price Alert does not guarantee the timeliness, completeness, or accuracy of information provided by the AI. Users should verify all data independently.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, are declined. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service, market data inaccuracies, missed notifications, or errors in data.
The App, its original content, features, design, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of Price Alert and its licensors. You may not reproduce, decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the service without explicit written permission.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. "Supporter" badges are aesthetic recognitions and do not confer ownership or extra-legal rights.
Premium Subscriptions are managed exclusively through the official distribution platforms — Apple App Store and Google Play Store — which act as sole intermediaries between the user and the author. All billing, invoicing, and payment processing are handled entirely by those platforms under their respective policies.
Refunds: Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play Store are governed exclusively by Apple's and Google's refund policies. Price Alert has no ability to process or grant refunds directly.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where you purchased it:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to premium features is maintained until that date.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy.

Le donazioni sono volontarie e non rimborsabili. I badge "Supporter" sono riconoscimenti estetici e non conferiscono diritti legali aggiuntivi.
Gli abbonamenti Premium sono gestiti esclusivamente tramite le piattaforme di distribuzione ufficiali — Apple App Store e Google Play Store — che agiscono come unici intermediari tra l'utente e l'autore. Tutta la fatturazione e l'elaborazione dei pagamenti sono gestite interamente da tali piattaforme, secondo le rispettive politiche.
Rimborsi: Le richieste di rimborso per abbonamenti acquistati tramite App Store o Google Play Store sono disciplinate esclusivamente dalle politiche di rimborso di Apple e Google. Price Alert non ha la possibilità di elaborare o concedere rimborsi direttamente.
Cancellazione: Puoi cancellare il tuo abbonamento in qualsiasi momento tramite la piattaforma su cui l'hai acquistato:
La cancellazione ha effetto alla fine del periodo di fatturazione corrente. L'accesso alle funzionalità premium è mantenuto fino a tale data.
L'utilizzo del Servizio è regolato anche dalla nostra Privacy Policy, incorporata nei presenti Termini per riferimento. Utilizzando il Servizio, acconsenti alle pratiche sui dati ivi descritte.
I presenti Termini sono disciplinati dalla legge italiana. Per qualsiasi controversia derivante da o relativa ai presenti Termini, le parti si sottomettono alla giurisdizione esclusiva dei tribunali competenti italiani.
